Bethany of the Northwest is expanding their continuum of care by adding 98-units independent living. Bethany at Silver Lake, will include a new independent living community featuring 98 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and shared amenity spaces, set in a park-like landscape with interconnected pedestrian walkways and courtyards. All units feature an open floorplan with living rooms and full kitchens, with large outdoor patios or balconies. Shared amenities include dining and café options, a fitness room, indoor pool and hot tub, arts and crafts room and theater room. The project will also feature an outdoor pavilion with dining, bicycle storage, under building parking and a wood shop.
