31 independent living apartments, renovated commons and corridors. The 31 apartments were created through a combination of renovating existing units as well combining smaller less marketable units. The corridor renovations included new lighting, new flooring, new ceilings and updated wall finishes. The commons renovations included a new grab and go automated dining venue including a new secured entrance from the exterior.
