eliseo expansion, was 89 new independent living units (47 apartments, 41 villas) and a new dining venue, as well as renovations to multipurpose and meeting rooms, administrative offices and the entrance to the Health Center.

The 47 independent apartments are housed in a new three-story apartment building built as a wing off the existing main building. The new apartment building includes apartments ranging from single bedroom / single bath units to apartments with two bedrooms, two bath and a den. All apartments feature an open floorplan with living rooms and full kitchens, with each unit including an outdoor patio or balcony.

The 41 villa apartments are housed in one six-story building, containing 21 units, and one five-story building, containing 20 units, located adjacent to the main building. The Villa Buildings feature luxury villa apartments ranging from single bedroom, one and a half bath and den units to two bedroom, two bath and den units. All apartments feature an open floorplan with living rooms and full kitchens, with large outdoor patios of balconies. Ten condo units were demolished in connection with the expansion.
