Eastmont is an existing continuing care retirement community located on an 8-acre urban site in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Stratford addition was executed to add new independent living apartments, along with new common amenities, while tying separate residential buildings into one cohesive campus. The addition included a below grade parking garage for 87 cars, first floor common spaces, amenities, and three additional stories of apartments. In total, Stratford is 151,332 gross square feet with 39,871 square feet of underground parking, 20,763 square feet of common space amenities, and a 6,984 square foot exterior deck / courtyard. Stratford has 50 apartments: 25 2-bedroom + den, 24 2-bedroom, and one 1-bedroom. Average apartment size of 1,603 square feet. The Stratford amenities include a 150-seat performing arts center, bistro, pool and spa, fitness area, new Porte Cochere, vestibule, and lobby, arts and crafts area, and sky lounge on the top floor of the Springfield building.
