Josephine Caring Communities is expanding their continuum of care by developing an Independent Living satellite location called Cascade Village. Cascade Village, which includes the construction and equipping of a new independent living community featuring 63 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom villa homes and shared amenity spaces, set in a park-like landscape with interconnected pedestrian walkways and courtyards. All units feature an open floorplan with living rooms and full kitchens, with large outdoor patios or balconies. Shared amenities include a clubhouse with both seated dining and café options, a fitness room, indoor pool and hot tub, arts and crafts room and theater room. The Cascade Village project will also feature an outdoor pavilion, wood shop and hobby barn.
